Members of PropertyShares can securely browse and learn more about specific investments. For every opportunity, there is detailed information including estimated length of the investment, estimated annual return, property and location information and a profile for any companies or individuals involved in the investment for your consideration.

Make your investment

Once you decide which investment you are interested in, you can easily and securely sign legal paperwork online and transfer funds securely through the platform.

Wait for funding to complete

Each investment has a unique funding goal and your funds are maintained in escrow until that goal is reached. PropertyShares will keep you up to date via email and your investor dashboard.

Funding goal reached

You are officially an investor and can expect to receive regular updates and your share of cash returns. You will also have access to your investor dashboard to manage your investments. Watch how your money is working for you and receive exclusive invites to PropertyShares events.

Funding goal not reached

100% of your money will be returned to you with no fees or hidden charges.
